Illuminate Learning - Online training Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to online training sessions booked via our Stripe payment link. By booking a place, you agree to the following:
1. Booking and payment
- Your place is confirmed once payment has been received through our secure Stripe payment system.
- All fees are payable in advance at the time of booking.
- Prices are shown exclusive of VAT (where applicable).
2. Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the session, you will receive a full refund (minus any Stripe transaction fees).
- Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another delegate.
- If Illuminate Learning cancels the session, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
3. Online delivery
- Sessions are delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams or another online platform.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable internet access, equipment, and permissions to join the session.
- Illuminate Learning is not responsible for technical issues outside our control.
4. Course materials and recordings
- All training materials remain the intellectual property of Illuminate Learning.
- You may use them for your own learning but must not share, reproduce, or resell them.
- Recording of sessions is not permitted without our prior written consent.
5. Data and privacy
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- Your personal information will only be used to administer your booking and deliver the training.

6. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the training session.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of business, profits, or opportunities.
7. Governing and law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
- Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
